Ajay Kumar Yadav is a final-year law student, researcher, published author, youth leader, and social development practitioner with demonstrated expertise in legal research, public policy, community engagement, leadership development, and academic writing. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to constitutionalism, social justice, human rights, sustainable development, and peacebuilding. As a dedicated researcher, Ajay has authored multiple scholarly articles published in peer-reviewed national and international journals. His research interests encompass constitutional law, human rights, refugee law, gender justice, child welfare, access to justice, and public policy. His publication on The Constitutional Status of Right to Vote and the Need to Make It a Fundamental Right was published in the UGC Care-listed Dogo Rangsang Research Journal, while his work on sexual harassment law and social perceptions has also been indexed in HeinOnline. His other scholarly contributions address refugee political obligations, intersectionality in child welfare programs, and access to justice through pro bono initiatives.
